At this time, we accept returns on unused items in re-sellable, brand new condition within 30days of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
If you are unsure how you'll like the product, try our smallest size. To be more convenient we will be offering travel and sample sizes for you in the future.
If you have a unique situation please contact us, as we also deal with each return on an individual basis.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated with our team first.
At this time we are unable to offer a shipping credit. You will have to pay for shipping to return the package. Unless the return is related to a fault made by us

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
